Our Warranty

For watches covered by our in-house warranty, we offer either a two-year extended worldwide warranty or a one or two-year international manufacturer warranty, depending on the watch. This warranty covers the internal mechanism of the watch. In the rare case that your watch experiences a malfunction due to a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us, and we’ll handle the repair. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping charges when sending the watch back.

Watches with Manufacturer Warranty

Some watches come with manufacturer warranty cards. In such cases, if your local service center is unable to repair the watch, we are more than happy to help. You can send the watch to us, and we will take care of the necessary repairs, ensuring that your watch is returned to you in great condition.

Warranty Process

For certain brands, including Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines, we provide our own warranty coverage. It’s important to note that these watches are pre-registered with the brand, which helps us offer a smooth warranty process.

What’s Covered Under Warranty?

The warranty covers the internal mechanism of the watch. This ensures that if your watch experiences any malfunction due to a defect in the internal components, we will take care of the repair.

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty?

Certain types of damage are not covered by the warranty, including:

• Water/moisture damage
• Damage to the watch case or glass
• Missing stones or gems (e.g., from the watch face)
• Damage to the watch bracelet, band, or straps
• Damage to the crown/stem or finishes
• Damage to clasps or buckles
• Normal wear and tear from daily use
• Damage to the battery

Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage resulting from conditions outside the manufacturer’s guidelines. For example, defects caused by external forces, improper use, or exceeding the water resistance levels specified by the manufacturer are not covered. Additionally, servicing your watch through a third-party service provider will void our warranty. Our service center can easily detect if a watch has been repaired by someone else, and in such cases, any necessary repairs will be charged.
