Payment and Importation

Import duties, taxes, and any additional fees associated with the shipment of goods are NOT included in the quoted price. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or administrative charges upon receipt of the goods, and for providing necessary information to clear the items through customs.

Insurance

Insurance for express shipping methods (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) is provided by the respective carriers. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, you must file an insurance claim with the carrier. We can assist with filing the claim on your behalf, or you may choose to do so yourself. If the claim is approved, we will issue a refund to you. Please note that claim processes can take 2-4 weeks.

Warranty and Dealer Status

We offer a two-year International Warranty or a manufacturer warranty depending on the brand. For manufacturer warranty claims, please refer to the warranty booklet and have the watch repaired at the manufacturer’s authorized service center. For repairs under our warranty, please contact us via email with details and images of the issue. If necessary, we will request you to return the watch for repairs at our expense. Comments and Testimonials

We may contact you via email to request approval to use any favorable comments you have made about our products or services for promotional purposes. We will always obtain your consent before using your testimonial publicly. Full names will not be disclosed, and you may request the removal of your testimonial at any time by emailing us at support@scentisaloon.com.

Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any accepted order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, we will refund the payment without interest or compensation. No further claims will be entertained following such a cancellation.

Shipping

Scenti Saloon will ship products through our designated shipping partners. The risk of loss for all goods passes to the buyer upon shipment. If you refuse to accept delivery and the package is returned to us, all associated shipping costs and duties/taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase, but delays may occur due to factors such as weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen events. We will not be liable for delays, and we do not provide compensation for losses or damages due to late delivery.

Replacement

Replacement requests can be made if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with intact tags to be eligible for replacement. If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Service Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Waiver of Class Action Rights

Small Claims Court Alternative

Notwithstanding the above, you retain the right to pursue claims in a small claims court, provided the claim meets the jurisdictional requirements. This applies only to claims within the financial limits of the applicable small claims court, and such claims must not involve class or representative actions.

No Waiver of Rights

Failure by Scenti Saloon to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those provisions or any other rights provided by these Terms. Any waiver of rights or provisions must be expressly agreed to in writing by Scenti Saloon. Should Scenti Saloon choose not to act immediately upon a violation, it does not waive its right to take action in the future.

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or violations of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting unlawful activity to authorities. We also reserve the right to block access to the Site from any IP address in violation of these Terms.
